If you forgot your password, click the "Forgot Password" link during login. Enter the email address associated with your account and you will receive instructions to reset your password.

After logging in, visit the "Create Webinar" page and fill out the form with basic information: title, description, date, and access link (if you already have one). Please note that the maximum scheduling time for a webinar cannot exceed 90 days from the moment the listing is posted.

We do not impose restrictions on the topic or duration, except that unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content is not allowed (see Terms of Use for details). Webinars.rs is a listing-only platform – we do not host live events, nor do we guarantee technical support during their execution.

Users leave their details by clicking "Register". Then, 24 hours before the start, they will receive an email with the access link (provided the organizer entered it into the system). If the organizer configured it differently, the details will be published in the webinar description.

Paid webinars on Webinars.rs are currently available only to legal entities and entrepreneurs. Payments for a paid webinar can be made through our system (external payment or later, as specified by the organizer). After payment confirmation, the user gains access rights to the webinar link.

If the organizer provides a recording, the recording link will be shared with users through the webinar description or via subsequent email notification. Webinars.rs is not responsible for storing recordings – this is exclusively the organizer’s responsibility.

No. We are exclusively a listing platform and do not host webinars. All technical issues (video, audio, connection) depend on the service the organizer uses (Zoom, Teams, Meet, etc.). Our support is only available for questions related to using Webinars.rs (registration, login, subscriptions, and similar).

We currently accept payment via bank account or IPS QR code. Information about subscription packages and prices can be found on the separate "Packages" page. If you cancel your subscription, it remains active until the end of the billing period (i.e., until the end of the month for which it was paid).

Refund: Within 14 days of payment, you can request a refund by sending an email to support@webinars.rs.
Change of date: In case of a date change, the organizer is obliged to notify all registered users by email (via our platform or directly), at least 24 hours before the new date.
