support@webinars.rsBy registering or using any part of the Platform, you undertake to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia. The terms apply to all users, including unregistered visitors.
Registration data: name, surname, email, phone and address.
Login via Google/Facebook accounts: enabled with access to basic data, in accordance with the privacy policies of those services.
Age limit: minimum 16 years.
Account security: you are responsible for keeping your password; report any suspicion of misuse to support.
One account per user: sharing accounts is not allowed.
The platform provides digital products and services: listing and promotion of online events (webinars, seminars, workshops) and access to paid webinars. We do not host video streams, but connect the user with a link provided by the organizer. All content is delivered exclusively electronically.
Payment is made by credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, DinaCard) on-line, in a secure environment provided by Monri WSPay payment gateway of accepting banks. Webinars.rs never stores or processes your credit card data.
"All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – Dinar (RSD). The amount your credit‑card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit‑card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our website."
The subscription is charged monthly or annually, according to the package. We send an electronic invoice after a successful transaction.
For digital services there is no physical delivery. The link to access the paid webinar is automatically sent by email no later than 24 hours before the start (if the organizer has entered it). The recording is available only if the organizer provides it.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time; it remains active until the end of the paid period.
Refund: You have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days. You submit the request by sending a completed Withdrawal Statement to support@webinars.rs.
Refund for card transactions: Refund of funds is made exclusively through the same card with which the transaction was made.
If the Platform modifies or discontinues a paid package, a proportional refund or transition to another package will be offered.
If you believe that the service was not delivered as described (e.g. you did not receive the link), send a complaint to support@webinars.rs within 48 hours after the event. The response comes within 8 days (refund, replacement date or other solution).
Prohibited are: spam, hate speech, insults, pornography, plagiarism, illegal activities. Violation of rules may lead to content removal and account suspension.
The user retains ownership of the content, but Webinars.rs gets a free non-exclusive license for display and promotion within the Platform.

Data is stored on servers in Serbia and EU with technical and organizational protection measures. Full processing is described in the Privacy Policy document.
By registering, you agree to administrative and promotional emails. You can disable promotional messages by clicking the unsubscribe link.
Webinars.rs may update the Terms; changes take effect upon publication. Significant changes will be announced by email or prominent notice.
The law of the Republic of Serbia applies to the Terms. For all disputes, the actually competent court in Belgrade is responsible, unless mandatory regulations provide otherwise.
