Please carefully read the following terms of service ("Terms") before you start using our platform. By using the Webinars.rs platform, it will be considered that you have fully read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, do not use the platform.
Webinars.rs is an online service managed by EVI Solutions DOO, Topčiderska 14, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia. For all questions regarding these Terms, you can contact us via email at support@webinars.rs or by phone at +381 62 262 221.
By registering an account or using any part of the Webinars.rs platform, you agree to comply with these Terms as well as all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms apply to all platform users, including those who use the platform as unregistered visitors.
Accuracy of information: During registration, you are obliged to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
Login via Google/Facebook accounts: As a convenience, you can register and log in via Google or Facebook accounts. If you choose this option, you agree that Webinars.rs will access your name, email address and potential profile picture, in accordance with the privacy policies of those services.
Age restrictions: A registered user must be at least 16 years old. The platform is not intended for persons under 16 years of age.
Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities on your account. In case of unauthorized use, you are obliged to immediately notify Webinars.rs.
One account per user: Sharing accounts or having multiple accounts without approval is not allowed. Webinars.rs reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate this rule.
Services and subscription: Certain functionalities require a paid subscription. Currently available packages and prices are clearly displayed on the platform.
Payment methods: Webinars.rs accepts the following payment methods:
Card data is processed exclusively through a certified processor; Webinars.rs does not store or have access to your full card data.
Billing period: The subscription is paid monthly or annually, depending on the package. Functionalities remain active until the end of the paid period.
Invoices and confirmations: Upon successful payment, the user receives an electronic invoice and transaction confirmation.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through account settings or by contacting support. Paid benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which the account is transferred to a free plan.
Right to refund (refundation): You have the right to request a refund of paid funds within 14 days of the payment date. The request is submitted by email to support@webinars.rs. After the 14-day period expires, a refund is not possible for the current period.
Refunds for online credit card transactions: In case of service return and refund to a user who paid with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro), Webinars.rs is obliged to process the refund exclusively through the same card – the bank will, at Webinars.rs request, return the amount to the cardholder's account.
Webinars.rs may modify or discontinue subscription packages with timely notice to users. If we discontinue a package you have paid for, you will be offered a transition to another package or a proportional refund of the unused portion of the subscription.
Users are obliged to use the platform in accordance with its purpose, applicable laws and with mutual respect. The following is prohibited:
Webinars.rs may remove content and sanction accounts that violate the stated rules.
Users retain copyright over their own content. By posting content, you give Webinars.rs a non-exclusive, free and global license to use it for platform promotion purposes. Account deletion removes content from public display, with the possibility that backup copies may temporarily remain saved.
The platform uses cookies to improve user experience and traffic analysis. Details are available in the Privacy Policy.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and with the application of technical and organizational protection measures (encryption, access control, etc.).
By registering, you agree to receive administrative and promotional messages. You can unsubscribe from promotional messages at any time; we continue to send important system notifications.
Webinars.rs reserves the right to change the Terms. Changes take effect upon publication on the website; significant changes will be announced by email or prominent notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are resolved by the competent court in Belgrade, unless mandatory regulations provide otherwise.
